This add-on generates a personalized reply for each form submission with just one click.

Setup Overview

1. Create or Open your form.
2. Set your custom instruction.
3. Click the Compose Reply button in Gmail.

Form Setup

1. Create or open your form.

   

2. Ensure you enable Collect email addresses

   

   • You can choose Verified or Responder input
   • When you generate a reply, the collected email address is automatically set in the "To" field of the email.

3. Open the add-on’s configuration settings

   1. Click the add-on button → SmartReply.

      If you don’t see SmartReply or SmartReply for Forms, please reload the page and try again. It may take a while to load.

   2. Click the Form Settings menu

      

4. Enter your custom instructions

5. Click Save .

After the settings are saved successfully, a notification email is sent to your email address (the one used during setup) whenever a form is submitted.
